Our Verdict
The Mammut dyneema daisy is a solid performer. It is easy to hook, relatively light, and strong. That said, it faces some stiff competition. It is bulkier and heavier than the Black Diamond Dynex Daisy Chain so it is not the top performer for ultralight alpine or rock scenarios. The Metolius Monster Daisy Chain is better for aid climbing. It is the same price but thinner and comes with a reinforced point.

Likes
This is one of the lighter daisy chains out there. It also has nice generous loops for clipping. They stick out and can be hooked even when the daisy is twisted.
Dislikes
This daisy chain is just a littler shorter than we would like for aid climbing. If you are shorter than 5'9", it is probably fine. If you are are taller, you can extent it with a sling, but then you no longer has as clean a system.
Value
This is at the top end of the daisy chains price range, about double that of nylon options.
Best Application
This is best for free climbing. It can work for aid climbing but most people will need to extend it.
